If you love Reubens lie I do, you will absolutely love this dip.


Ingredients

Are you making this? 
1 jar or can Sauerkraut; rinsed and drained
1 8 oz package Cream cheese; cubed
2 cups Shredded swiss cheese
1 3 oz package Deli corned beef; chopped
3 tablespoon Prepared Thousand Island Dressing
Snack crackers and/or rye bread

Original recipe makes 28 Servings

Preparation

In a 1 1/2 quart slow cooker, combine the first five ingredients. Cover and cook for 2 hours or until cheeses are melted; stir to blend. Serve warm with bread or crackers. Yield is 3 1/2 cups.

Notes

Use the low fat versions of cheese and cream cheese to lower the calorie and fat counts. I do like to use the full fatted version of 1,000 dressing. (I like Litehouse the best).
