Mom Sparling
Chop rhubarb and layer in a 9 x 13 glass pan. Sprinkle with sugar & marshmallows.
Topping:
1/2c butter
1 3/4c flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1c sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 c milk
Cream butter, sugar & add rest of ingredients. Beat & spread over rhubarb. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Serve with Cool Whip
