Suggest a better descriptionSimmer meat, diced onions, garlic, green pepper, parsley, green onions and seasonings until completely brown. Drain off excess fat. Add a little water and simmer until onions and green peppers and water are cooked down (approximately 1/2 hour or longer if necessary). You can keep adding a little water to keep ingredients from sticking until everything is cooked. Add mushroom soup and simmer until just moist enough to add rice.
