Lisa's Rice Dressing
Go ahead and get your rice cooking first so it will be ready.
Brown the ground chuck part way and drain off grease.
Add your chopped onions and peppers and lower heat and let the onions and stuff soften up.
Add your seasonings to meat. (salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder)
I like to add a little LA Hot Sauce.
Let that just kind of simmer for 20-30 minutes on a low heat.
Add your rice to meat and stir together.
Add you rice a couple of cups at a time and see how much rice you want in it.
Taste to see if you need to add more seasonings.
