Suggest a better descriptionHeat the rice and water to boiling, stirring once or twice; reduce heat. Add cinnamon stick, cloves and vanilla. Boil for 15 minutes, then add raisins. Continue to boil until rice is done. Stir in condensed milk. Stir constantly.
When cookind the rice, add more water if necessary. It is important that it is done.
