Suggest a better descriptionIn a large sautee pan over medium heat, brown ground meat and onion. When meat is no longer pink add minced garlic. Stir frequently. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pepper.
Reduce heat to simmer 10 minutes.
In a large bowl combine ricotta cheese, milk and salt. Add cooked rigatoni. Toss to coat.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray an 8X8 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Spoon half of the rigatoni mixture into baking dish.
Top with 1/2 of the spaghetti sauce and 1/2 mozzarella cheese,
Repeat layers.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
