2. Make simple marinara - saut? garlic in olive oil add chopped tomatoes, oregano, chopped fresh basil, salt and fresh pepper
3. In separate pan saut? peppers, eggplant and onions in olive oil with salt and fresh pepper till soft, drain and add to marinara,
cook 5 minutes
4. Toss with cooked pasta
