Suggest a better description1. Saute ½ med onion in 2-3 tbsp oil, then add chopped parsley. 2. Add carrots, let simmer couple minutes, add 4-6 chicken legs or thighs. Let simmer till lightly cooked 2-3 mins. then add huntz tomato sauce and water till enough to cover chicken. 4. Bring to a boil, let simmer 90 minutes, lid off to side. 5. Add 1/3 cup rice per person, i used 2 cups (maybe a little much) add chicken broth to sauce as needed, midway add parmesan cheese, add nutmeg ( i omitted) 6. Cook according to rice, or until rice is done, adding chicken broth as needed!
