Pour in wine and 1/2 cup chicken broth. Cook, stirring frequently, until most of liquid is absorbed, 3=5 minutes. Continue adding broth, 1/2 cup at a time as it is absorbed, cooking and stirring until rice is just tender and sauce is creamy in consistency, about 25 minutes. Add cheese. Stir gently to combine. Serve immediately.
