Easy recipe that is always a hit. A good dish to take to someone's house when you're asked to bring someone. There won't be any leftovers!
It goes well with beef, ham, poultry, etc.
Looks beautiful right out of the oven.
Preheat oven to 350
Put the potatoes in a buttered 9 x 13 pan.
Mix half and half, butter and seasonings in a microwavable container. Heat till butter melts.
Pour over potatoes
Top with cheese.
Bake for one hour.
You can use more than one cup of cheese. Whatever comes in a package.
I've used different cheeses as well with great success.
