roast beef in crock pot
Put vegetables in bottom of stoneware. Salt & pepper meat, then place in pot on top of vegetables. Add liquid. Cover and cook on LOW 10-12 hours.
(HIGH: 5-6 hours.)
Jscanlon1 2y agoI only give this recipe this rating because not sure about if the soup is the only liquid. Tried it the way it is wrote and after 10 hours the carrots were hard the potatoes were a little hard and the meat was dry.

pamelavansicklebendall 4y agoI use two cans of mushroom soup and one cup water. Veg's are added last hour. Potatoes and carrots are best.
mraulli 4y agoUsually putting veggies first makes them mush. Why not meat first?
sfohl 5y agoHey, this recipe sounds delicious! I'm a little unclear about the instructions... is the cream of mushroom soup the only liquid?
