1. Toss 1 pound of asparagus with 1 tsp. of canola oil.
2. Roast in a 400 ?F oven until lightly browned and tender, about 15 minutes.
3. Drizzle with 1 tsp. of toasted sesame oil, 1 tsp. of soy sauce, and a squeeze of lemon.
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot of cold.
