Mix veggies with balsamic vinegar in bag. Marinate 2 hours up to overnight.
Oven @ 375
Lightly drain marinade from veggies--you don't want this in the oven, it will burn.
Spread veggies on baking pan (if you cover with aluminum foil, cleanup is easier) in single layer.
Bake 25-30 minutes-until lightly carmelized.
