Roasted chicken
Line pan with aluminum foil and toss potatoes & shallots with oil, rosemary, 1/2 t salt and roast 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees. In bowl combine soy sauce, honey, and mustard. Remove pan from oven and grease a wire rack and put on top of dish. Add chicken to rack and brush on mix. Bake about 35 minutes at 165 degrees...check at 20 minutes .. if skin is brown tent with aluminum foil and let rest 5 minutes.
