This recipe was given to me by Ellen. It is fabulous.
Mix all ingredients except chicken and cucumber in bowl to make marinade
Place chicken in marinade for at least half an hour
Place chicken in baking dish
Cook at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours
Place marinade in pot on stove and heat
Place chicken on platter and surround with cucumbers
Drizzle extra marinade over chicken
