Line baking sheet with foil.
Drain and rinse chickpeas. Mix with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bake 15 minutes then take then out and shake them around. Return to oven and bake another 15 minutes.
I sometimes use black pepper instead of Cayenne pepper.
