1. Wash the potatoes, drain, and let dry.

3. Place the potatoes in a roasting pan.
4. Pour the oil over the potatoes and sprinkle with the herbs, garlic, and salt. Toss or mix so all the potatoes are coated.
5. Bake at 400 F. until the potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes.
