Simple, flavorful and tastes a little like popcorn.
Rinse seeds to remove pulp; leave them overnight to dry.
Next day, preheat oven at 350. Melt butter (roughly 1 tablespoon per 1-2 cups of seeds). Toss seeds in with melted butter to coat. Lay seeds out flat on jelly roll pan and sprinkle with desired amount of garlic salt. Check on seeds and turn them every 15-20 min. Cook approx 1 hr or until the seeds are a golden brown.
