Clean thawed turkey breast and place in a baking pan (foil is good for cleanup). Melt butter. Pour chicken broth and melted butter over turkey breast and spread the mayonnaise all over skin. Bake as directed on packaging (cooking time will vary based on size of breast). I basted about every 30 minutes. This method is not too dry and not too moist, and the taste is wonderful (NO!! BEYOND WHAT WORDS CAN SAY)
