Carlene's recipe
Dissolve yeast in milk. ADD honey, butter, whole wheat flour, salt, baking soda. Beat til smooth. Stir in remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead 6 mins. Place in greased bowl & let rise 1 hr. PUNCH down & divide into 7 portions. Make 6 balls out of each portion. Let rise another 30 mins. Brush w/ butter.
BAKE at 400* for 12-16 mins. or til light brown.
