An Italian twist on an American classic.
Mix all ingredients together throughly, except cheese and enough tomato sauce to spread on top of the loaf. Turn on to waxed paper flatten to thickness of about 1 inch and shape into a rectangle. Spread cheese on top and roll meat (like a jelly roll). Roll into greased loaf pan (be careful the waxed paper may start to tear). Be sure the ends are tucked into the pan and the seam of the loaf is sealed. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Pour off grease, add remaning tomato sauce bake 15 minutes more.
