Heat oven to 425?.
Stack 5 basil leaves. Roll up, slice crosswise thinly. Repeat.
Combine tomatoes, vinegar and basil. Season w/ salt and pepper.
Combine olive oil and garlic and micro on high for 30 seconds.
Cut bread in 1/4 in angled slices. Brush w/oil mixture.
Bake 6-8 min or until golden.
Just before serving, drain excess liquid from tomatos.
Spoon mixture evenly over bread slices.
