Delicious and easy 15 minute dish
-Chop up squash in to bite size pieces
-Chop up tomatoes into small cubes/bite size
-Add oil to frying pan and heat on medium
-Add chopped up squash and salt. Cook for 10minutes
-After squash is cooked, add tomatoes, corn, and cheese (drain corn)
-Mix and cook for 5 minutes
-Turn off heat and let cool for 3 minutes
