Suggest a better descriptionCut potato almost all the way to the end so you can fan out the slices
Coat the outside with oil then place on a sheet of aluminum foil
Fanning out the slices insert desired amount of butter in between each slice
Sprinkle with black pepper, salt and rosemary.
While you sprinkle the rosemary crush it in between your fingers to make it finer
Wrap each potato in the aluminum foil and place on baking tray
Bake in oven for 60 minutes at 350
