Great weekend family meal
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix cream cheese, 1 teaspoon rosemary & 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Starting at neck of chicken use the handle of a wooden spoon to separate skin from meat. Spoon cheese mixture under skin.
3. Place chicken in 9 x 13 roasting pan. Brush with 2 tablespoons of dressing. Toss potatoes with remaining dressing, rosemary & pepper.
4. Place potatoes around chicken & bake for 1 1/2 hours, stirring potatoes every 30 min.
4. Remove from oven, place potatoes in a large bowl & toss with bacon. Slice chicken and serve.
This is great served with fresh green beans or sauteed asparagus.
