Rub on pork loin,pork ribs or brisket
Wrap in foil and bake on a grill indirect heat for 90 minutes.
Remove foil
Add your favorite wood and smoke 60 more minutes.
PorkLoin and Pork Ribs total time 180 minutes
Brisket 4hrs.
