Small crescent shaped cookies
Combine the flour and yeast in a large bowl. Cut in the butter, mixing until dough is crumbly. Stir in egg yoks, blend in sour cream. Flatten dough into a disc shape, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine walnuts, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/4 of the mixture on a work surface. Divide the dough into four equal sections. Place one section on the walnut mixture on your work surface, pat flat, turn over and roll into a circle about 1/8" thick and 9 or 10" diameter.lifting the dough as you roll pushing the nut mixture underneath. Cut circle into 16 wedges. Roll each triangle up from the outside edge to a point. You may want to bend each cookie to form a crescent. Place on aluminum baking sheet and bake 18 - 20 minutes. Cool on a rack. Repeat three more times with remaining dough and nut mixture.
