3 tablespoon cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon bread machine yeast
LARGE LOAF - 1 1/2 to 2 lb MACHINE
1 egg -- beaten
1 cup water
2 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 tablespoon molasses
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup white bread flour
1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup cornmeal
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon bread machine yeast

Original recipe makes 1 Serving

 

Preparation

Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer''s directions.

Select WHITE cycle.

This recipe yields 1 loaf.
