Beef or Pork with Broccoli and Carrots
In large bowl combine ingredients for marinade, whisk smooth
Trim and slice beef and add to marinade, marinade and set aside for at least 10 minutes
Combine sauce ingredients, set aside
Wash and cut broccoli into florets, set aside
If you didn't buy matchstick carrots, wash, peel and cut carrots, set aside
Get your rice cooking, time it to be done with stir fry, stir fry takes about 10 minutes once you start cooking.
Heat Wok up on high temperature, add Peanut Oil
Add Beef with marinade, Stir fry until browned evenly
Remove Beef, set aside
Add Broccoli and a little bit of water and steam them while tossing for about 2 minutes
Add Carrots and continue tossing with Broccoli (add a little more water if needed) for another 2 minutes
Add the Beef back in
Add sauce
Stir Fry until well combined, 2 minutes or so
Serve while hot over cooked rice. Enjoy!
