This rally simple, but amazingly tasty pasta always hits the spot
Fill and boil the kettle
Fill a medium pan, with boiling salt water, and place on high heat
Roll a few slices of salami at a time into a cigar Shape and chop across into fine pieces
Lightly Crush the fennel seeds in a pestle and mortar
Peel the finely slices of garlic, then strip the leaves off the fresh rosemary
Place a medium non-stick pan with a spoon oliveoil to medium heat
Add the rosemary, garlic, salami, the crushed fennel and fry for around 5 minutes
Cook pasta
And then put 3 eggs into a Bowl and add cream, pepper and salt, and when the pasta is done, put the pasta on the pan, and add the eggs.
