Ingredients

6 tablespoons bread crumbs; 1.5 ounces, dried, fine
8 ounces ground 90% lean turkey or beef
1 egg; or equivalent in egg substitute
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
1/2 cup Onions; chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
3 tablespoons Healthy Choice or Heinz Lite ketchup
1 10.75-oz can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, meat, egg, black pepper, and onion. Form into 4 patties. Place in a hot skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray. Brown patties on both sides. Place browned patties in an 8-by-8-inch baking dish. In a small bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mushroom soup. Pour over patties. Bake 30 minutes.

I used 1 pound of meat, sauteed the onions first (don't like raw onions) and would decrease the Worcestershire sauce to 1 T. I will definitely make again. I also used Campbell's crm of mushroom with roasted garlic.
