My favorite "BLT"
Make chive mayonnaise by mixing all ingredients together until blended.
Preheat grill on high 10 minutes.
Clean grill with a wire brush. Coat grill lightly with vegetable oil with
a soft cloth.
Season salmon on both sides with salt and pepper. Drizzle LIGHTLY with
basting oil and grill until done.
Serve salmon on a roll with bacon, lettuce, and chive mayonnaise.
Don't skip the chive mayo - it makes the recipe!
