Ingredients

8 Salmon steaks
olive oil
1/4 c Butter; melted
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Chopped parsley
1/4 ts rosemary, dried; Crushed
Marjoram
1/4 ts Salt
1/8 ts Coarsely ground pepper

Original recipe makes 8 Servings

Preparation

Brush fish lightly with oil. In bowl combine remaining ingredients. Place salmon on well-oiled, hinged grill. Baste salmon with lemon butter mixture & cook 5 minutes, then turn & continue cooking 5 minutes. Baste with lemon butter several times during cooking.

Love this! I've made this time and time again. For my residents and family! They always love it. So simple and so good. I always make twice the amount of the melted butter and add a little extra salt! Love it
