"It was my first time ever making Salmon Fish;im not a fish person i dont make fish at all, but my boyfriend is. His favorite is salmon fish. The best salmon I've ever made! I omitted the marjoram and added dill weed to the lemon mixture! Then cooked it on a stove-top, cast iron grill!

Subtle flavor, but kept fish extra moist.

Love it as a building block! I used Cavenders instead of parsley, a little extra lemon, and added dill weed.. the Fam loved it!

I started making this in a rush because another recipe was not going to work out. This saved me! Part way through the process, I realised that my partner does not love lemon juice as much as I do! So I melted butter, added lemon juice, dried Italian seasoning instead of fresh herbs. Then I brushed the salmon on each side with the butter and lemon mixture, then drizzled a little honey over each side, and spread it/mixed it with a knife. I grilled it under the grill/broiler for 2 mins each side, re-basting every time, then I re-basted and wrapped the fillets in foil and baked them in the oven for 10 mins. Served it with new potatoes and broccoli. Perfect! we both loved it. Will use again, with my modifications.
