"It was my first time ever making Salmon Fish;im not a fish person i dont make fish at all, but my boyfriend is. His favorite is salmon fish. I decided to take the ingredients from this, i didnt grill it tho. I dont have one so i fried it for about 8mins on bothsides after placing the ingredients on the fish, then i placed in oven for a another several mins. Maybe half hour. HE LOVED IT and request for me to make it again later today!! :-D"
Brush fish lightly with oil. In bowl combine remaining ingredients. Place salmon on well-oiled, hinged grill. Baste salmon with lemon butter mixture & cook 5 minutes, then turn & continue cooking 5 minutes. Baste with lemon butter several times during cooking.

torbinjsavy 1 month agoThe best salmon I've ever made! I omitted the marjoram and added dill weed to the lemon mixture! Then cooked it on a stove-top, cast iron grill!
lswan 1 month agoSubtle flavor, but kept fish extra moist.
torbinjsavy 2 months agoLove it as a building block! I used Cavenders instead of parsley, a little extra lemon, and added dill weed.. the Fam loved it!

helena_petre_5 2 years agoI started making this in a rush because another recipe was not going to work out. This saved me! Part way through the process, I realised that my partner does not love lemon juice as much as I do! So I melted butter, added lemon juice, dried Italian seasoning instead of fresh herbs. Then I brushed the salmon on each side with the butter and lemon mixture, then drizzled a little honey over each side, and spread it/mixed it with a knife. I grilled it under the grill/broiler for 2 mins each side, re-basting every time, then I re-basted and wrapped the fillets in foil and baked them in the oven for 10 mins. Served it with new potatoes and broccoli. Perfect! we both loved it. Will use again, with my modifications.
