Quick and easy pasta dish that is great either hot or cold
1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, place on a heatproof plate and cover with foil.
2. Add pasta to a large pan of boiling water. Place plate of salmon on top of saucepan. Simmer for 10-12 minutes, until both salmon and pasta are cooked.
3. Drain pasta and toss with the tomatoes and salmon. Mix together creme fraiche, parsley, orange rind and pepper, then toss in with salmon or pasta.
