Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in skillet over medium hi heat.
Remove bones from salmon and discard. Mix salmon, egg, onion, or onion powder, until sticky. Stir in flour.
Mix reserved liquid with baking powder until completely blended. Stir into salmon mixture.
Using a 1/4" measuring cup or scoop, form scoops into patties about 1 1/2 inch thick.
Fry in oil, turning once until golden brown.
Drain on a paper towel lined plate. Serve warm with Ketchup.
