Serve with Lemmon sauce:
3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon horseradish, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients and serve over the salmon patties.
