Good way to use up leftover salmon. Serve on a sandwich with red onion and lettuce, or serve on top of garden greens for a great salad.
Flake the leftover salmon with a fork. Add diced celery, chopped green onion, mayonnaise and sour cream. Add salt and pepper to taste.
musket42 2y agowow! delicious! Not often a five star guy too. Of course, you have to start with good ingredients, especially salmon. Mine was wild sockeye, left over from two days ago. I did add 1/4 tsp of old bay.

drewtiger13 6y agoI found this worked best with half the dill, and I added half a teaspoon of mustard poweder for a little spice note that worked Very Well!
