Easy to prepare using canned salmon, this is great for crackers or tea sandwiches


Ingredients

Are you making this? 
7 ounces Canned salmon; (1/2 large can)
1 stick Butter; melted
1/4 medium onion; chopped finely
1 tablespoon Capers; chopped (optional)
3 tablespoons Plain yogurt
Salt
White pepper

Original recipe makes 4

Preparation

Drain salmon and remove bones. Combine with a hand blender or in a food processor until smooth. Pour into a covered dish and refrigerate at least 20 minutes, until firm.

Great to spread on crackers (top with a black olive slice for great hors d'oevres) or on white bread with the crusts cut off for tea.
