Try this Salsa Verde (Green Chili Sauce) recipe, or contribute your own.
Saute onion in butter in medium saucepan until tender, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle in flour; stir to mix. Add all other ingredients; bring to boiling, lower heat. Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes about 2 cups. Posted to recipelu-digest by "Diane Geary"
