Salsa created by Eric in September of 2003. You can make it as hot or as mild as you like. Just adjust peppers.
Stew tomatoes with galrlic and peppers. Simmer until desired consistency is reached. Chill your concoction-I prefer filing a bowl with ice and water and placing a metal bowl on the top. Pour sauce in metal bowl. Stir until warm. It will be cool soon. Once warm-add onions, cilantro, and spices. Stir and serve.
Don't get some crazy idea to use a food processor, all you'll get is mush.
