Place in shallow baking dish (7x11)
Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper
Pour over sausage mixture
Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours
Bake at 350 about 45 minutes

AndiSavage 9 months agoVery good, but a little too salty for my taste. Trying it again for Christmas brunch and going to omit salt (the sausage is salty enough) and add dry mustard.
