"Finally tried this tonight. It was so good. I used 1lb. of reg. sausage and 1lb. Italian flavor turkey sausage. My family is quite picky and all went for seconds! I will make again soon."
Cook sausage in a skillet, drain grease, add eggs, cheeses, and oregano and stir. Lay out a pkg of crescent rolls and pinch to form a rectangle. Put 1/3 of mixture in each rectangle. Roll lenghwise and place in a 9x13 lighty greased baking pan. So you will have 3 rolls of sausage bread. Brush with egg white. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
jody_sharrard 2y agoVery good. My boys want more cheese the next time I make it, they couldn't taste the cheese.
anjlivestock 2y agoMade this breakfast dish for my meat loving hubby and he actually didnt like it. I was shocked. He said it had too much meat and not enough other stuff. I liked it but had to agree with him. Maybe needs half the amount of meat and 2x as much cheese.

Cosmo113 4y agoI want to try this but I am unclear on how to shape it with the crescent dough. The picture does not look like description. How many cans of dough, just one?
aphilbeck8 4y agoI edited the amount of crescent rolls. Its 3 and I didn't have any on the recipe so it looked like one.
Djayed 5y agoTried it tonight! Was great! Just as is, nothing extra added! Thanks
Monique1978 6y agoVery delicious! I like to use maple flavored sausage instead of hot sausage and we also add provolone cheese. A very good dish for brunch parties!
