A fast and savory breakfast snack or appetizer to enjoy
1. Brown sausage and onion
2. In a separate bowl, mix sausage, cream cheese and onion
3. Separate crescent rolls into triangles, spread a generous tablespoon of sausage mixture into the wide end and roll up. Seal open ends if you want to prevent leakage during baking, the messy look with smooth out when baked.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Can make the day ahead to save time for potluck. They also stayed nice and fresh for a few hours after baking in my little Nesco at 200 degrees after baked waiting for the potluck to begin.
