yummy, have made this with red sauce and itailian sald dressing.
Cook sausage according to package and keep warm. cook pasta according to directions, keep warm. In a large pan, place olive oil and garlic, saute lightly for 30 seconds. add peppers and cook until crisp tender. combine cooked sausage and pasta with peppers and heat until warm. at this point mix with the past or serve separately. top wiht fresh parsley and /or parmasean cheese. serve immediatley.
