Suggest a better descriptionheat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. add garlic and onion and cook until translucent. remove sausage from casing and cut into 1" chicks. add to skillet and cook 3-4mins or until just beginning to brown. transfer to crock pot. add tomatoes, bell peppers, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper. cook on high 2-3hours until pepper have softened. serve over pasta
