Suggest a better description1. Cut the lamb across the grain, slice it very thin about 2 inch long, 1.5 inch wide. Place lamb slices in a bowl, and marinate with soy sauce, pepper, salt, rice wine, and oil for 25 minutes.
2. Shred the green onion about 1.5 inch long and slice the garlic cloves. Mix the seasoning sauce in a bowl and set aside.
3. Heat 5 T. oil in a frying pan over high heat. Add garlic, stir for a few seconds. Add the lamb and quickly stir-fry for 10 seconds. Add green onion and seasoning sauce; stir rapidly in tossing motion about 1 minutes until the meat and green onion have absorbed most of the seasoning sauce. Serve hot immediately.
