Ready in 15 minutes
This spinach is lovely with fish and chicken.
In a small skillet, toast pine nuts until slightly browned. Set aside.
In a large skilled, heat olive oil. Add garlic, and saute until tender, but not browned.
Add spinach, and saute until wilted. Do not overcook.
Add pine nuts and salt if needed. Serve immediately.
LavenderWand 3y agoAdded a few small sweet bell peppers and a shallot. Spinach is always yummy to me. My daughter didn't like it though...she said it tasted bitter.

Robmaria 3y agoVery easy. I sprinkled some Parmesan cheese on top after cooking.

NHRAchik 4y agoDeeLish! I used a small chopper and chopped 1/2 of my toasted pine nuts. Will make again for sure!
