Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmer. Add Chard ribs and saute until softened 2-3 minutes. Add rasins and garlic to the skillet and cook until garlic is fragrant about 1 minute. Add Chard leaves by the hand full, tossing with tongs until wilted. Stir in veiegar and season with salt and pepper. Garnish witht he almonds.
