Mix soup, beef, (1/2 can) onions, egg and Worcestershire sauce throrughly. In a 9x13 baking pan shape into loaf. Place potatoes, carrots and onions around meat loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Stir vegetables.
Mix together ketchup, mustard and brown sugar. Spoon over meat loaf. Bake another 25 minutes or until meat loaf is done (160 degrees). Stir vegetables. Sprinkle remaining onions over meat loaf. Bake another 5 minutes or until onions are golden.
