2. Add meat, fry till brown
3. Add carrots, purée, stock,sauce and herbs. Bring to boil.
4. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
5. Skim well to remove excess fat.
6. Thicken with gravy and cornflour paste. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Taste. Add mor seasoning if required?
